CREW partnered with Predator Ridge in Kelowna to launch Whitetail, the first neighborhood featuring a sophisticated new architectural design. VP of sales and Marketing Brad Pelletier wanted to attract buyers to a launch event without using traditional golf resort imagery. Shortly after he tasked us with creating the brand for a separate new development designed to appeal to a completely different demographic than Predator Ridge. We named and branded The Commonage and wrote a compelling story that formed the basis for all their marketing, helping it be the fastest selling Predator Ridge community on record.
Gramercy specializes in beautifully designed townhome developments. They wanted to stretch outside their comfort zone into Aldergrove, which they perceived as an affordable community for first time home buyers.
